Nasim is skilled at cultivating what inspires high-performance through valuing individual contributions and support the team with tools, knowledge, skills, and confidence to achieve growth. She excels in creating systems that drive continuous improvement through proactive monitoring of goals while identifying opportunities to elevate performance and operational efficiencies. 

Nasim brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate management and international compliance. She founded OPTXCO after 3 years with the US Department of Commerce as a Senior International Trade Specialist. Prior to that she held several roles with increasing responsibility in their family-owned business with an emphasis on bringing American products to the world. 

Nasim's education and certifications reflect her dedication to her field. She received an MBA from the University of Delaware's Lerner School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution. She also completed a certification in Organizational Behavior and Development from Harvard University. In addition, Nasim has earned several industry certifications, including the NASBITE Certified Global Business Professional, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Quality Certification, TRACE Anti-Bribery Certification, and Export Compliance Certification (including BIS, ITAR, OFAC). 

Omid Naghshineh is a Co-Founder of OPTXCO and President of Cohesion Defense. He is a thoughtful and driven leader with over a decade of experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry. He has uncovered multi-million dollar counterfeit parts sales to the DoD, negotiated multi-year international distribution contracts to support foreign militaries, exhibited at some of the largest industry events, and led the sale of DIMO Corp to private equity firm Acorn Grown Companies.
 

Omid grew up in Delaware, moved to the UAE to complete high school, enjoyed D.C. and London for college, and ultimately returned to Delaware to join his family-run business. He achieved a Bachelor of Science in Business Adminsitration from the American University and attended the General Course at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
